Dallas, Texas, 10/27-29/2014: Team Karen and Debbie of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services joined over 120 top real estate professionals servicing the upscale residential market who covered the last week of October in Denver (CO) for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s annual Leaders in Luxury (LIL) conference.

Annual education and networking event that helps REALTORS® become more successful.

We attended Sell-a-Bration® 2010 along with nearly 500 of the nation’s top residential real estate specialists. The Council of Residential Specialist’s annual three-day education and networking event for residential REALTORS® was held at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel in Las Vegas, July 19-21, 2010.
Attending Sell-a-Bration® “Allows our team the opportunity to stay on the cutting edge of Real Estate,” says Team Karen & Debbie. "This is our 10th year at this event."  They attended educational sessions led by the industry’s top speakers that focused on topics such as technology, negotiating, investment, lead conversion and marketing strategies.

Team Karen & Debbie Earn Prestigious Designation to Help Homeowners in Danger of Foreclosure

February 5, 2010 - Team Karen & Debbie of Prudential California Realty earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. This is invaluable expertise to offer at a time when the area is ravaged by “distressed” homes in the foreclosure process. Short sales allow the cash-strapped seller to repay the mortgage at the price that the home sells for, even though it is lower than what is owed on the property.  With plummeting property values, this can save many people from foreclosure and even bankruptcy. More and more lenders are willing to consider short sales because they are much less costly than foreclosures.  In the Inland Empire area, more homes are in danger of foreclosing.  It is happening in all price ranges.
