Karen Ocker
Karen received her undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in New York and her Masters Degree in Education from Rutgers University. She has lived for the past 34 years in Upland with her husband Glenn, a local physician. Remaining active in the medical community Karen and her husband raised their two children Paul, who now owns Development Guru, a technology consulting firm, and Danielle, a Fashion Design graduate from Woodbury University.
Karen developed a successful “Image and Consulting” business where she worked closely with the business community some of her corporate clients were: Nordstrom, Foothill Independent Bank and Citizens Business Bank.
Karen remained active in executive business groups, such as, Le Tip and the Corporate 2000 (a San Antonio Community hospital business community leaders group). Karen’s charitable activities have included the National Charity League (8 Years), Assistance League of Pomona Valley (7 Years), St. Anthony’s Church (32 Years), The American Cancer Society, Damien High School St. Monica’s Guild (4 Years), and St. Lucy’s Priory High School (4 Years) and Recording For The Blind. Karen is currently a charter member of the Citrus Valley ASP (Accredited Staging Professional).
Having a wide network of business, medical and charitable relationships has proven to be a great asset in Karen’s Real Estate career.
Debbie Browne
Debbie has resided in the City of Upland for since 1976. She is Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation for real estate. The designation promoted continued education in real estate. She currently is a Board Member of the Southern California Chapter as the Area Secretary and previous year, Vice President. Prior to Debbie’s real estate career she has 16 years experience as a Purchasing Agent for Transamerica. There she was responsible for the procuring of millions of dollars of printing and stationery supplies, creating valuable relationships with numerous vendors. Responsibility at Transamerica also included the relocation of hundreds of employees for which she handled all their moving arrangements.
Her community activities have all lead to lasting relationships. Whether coaching Little League (8 Years), being on the Board of Directors for a private school in Upland (2 Years), St. Anthony’s Catholic Church member and social committee member (23 Years), Assistant League of Pomona Valley (8 Years), of the Boy Scouts (7 Years), where her son Scott attained his Eagle Scout rank.
Debbie has a financial background, which has greatly assisted her Real Estate.
Debbie has a 8 year old granddaughter, Jolene, who lives in Mesa, AZ. She is the “Light of My Life.”
